Καὶ τοῖς γράμμασί σου χαίρω καὶ πολὺ πρότερον οἷς
ποιεῖς ἀκούω γάρ σε καὶ τὴν οὐσίαν συνέχειν καὶ λειτουργεῖν
ἡδέως καὶ τὴν τοῦ δύνασθαι λέγειν δόξαν συλλέγειν.
μὴ
τοίνυν ἀποκάμῃς σαυτόν τε ὠφελῶν καὶ ἐμέ· τὸ γὰρ αὐτὸ σὲ
μὲν ἐν τοῖς πολίταις καταστήσει δυνατόν, ἄζει δὲ ὡς ἐμὲ τοὺς
ἐκείνων υἱεῖς.
