Ἐκέλευσέ με Θηράσιος ἐπιστεῖλαί σοι τὸ πρὸς ἀμφοτέ-
ῥοῦς φίλτρον ἑνὶ τούτῳ δεικνύων ᾔδει γὰρ ἐμοί τε ἥδιστον
ὂν τὸ πέμψαι σοί τε τὸ λαβεῖν.
ἀλλ’ ὅπως αὐτὸν ἀμειβώ-
μεθα τῆς χάριτος—ἔστι δὲ ῥᾷστον· οὐ γὰρ ἀπὸ χρυσοῦ τοῦτο
δεήσει ποιεῖν, ἀλλ’ ἀπὸ γλώττης· — ἃ σύνισμεν αὐτῷ λέγοντες.
